  • Once a digital marketing service has been initiated or delivered, refunds are generally not available due to the nature of the work involved. This includes, but is not limited to, SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and PPC management services.
  • If you are not satisfied with the results of the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a partial refund or a service credit at our discretion.

1.2 Subscription Services

  • If you have subscribed to an ongoing service (e.g., monthly SEO services), you may cancel the subscription at any time. However, refunds for the current billing period will not be provided.
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing date.

1.3 Consultation Services

  • Fees for consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Returns of Physical Products

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • If you have purchased any physical products from 360Digital Marketing Company (e.g., marketing materials), you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging.

2.2 Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If the returned item(s) are found to be damaged or not in their original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Fees for customized digital marketing services, such as tailored campaigns or bespoke content creation, are non-refundable once the service has commenced or been delivered.

3.2 Promotional Items

  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are final and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
